Okay for entry-level, then career growth slows
Pros: As a Junior Consultant, I got solid training on real client projects. It's a decent place for people new to the consulting industry to learn the ropes. The hybrid work model also offers some flexibility.
Cons: Career growth is a big concern after the first few years here. Promotions are tough to get, especially for mid-level consulting roles in the New York City office. It feels like there's a ceiling pretty quickly once you're past the initial training.
Advice to Management: Create clearer paths for career progression beyond the entry-level. Invest more in developing and promoting internal talent, especially for those looking to advance into senior consulting roles. It would help retain experienced staff.

Leadership is a mixed bag at Passenheim Consulting
Pros: Some of the senior partners are genuinely invested in your growth and give solid advice. For new Junior Consultant roles, project allocation feels pretty fair. It's a decent place to learn the basics of management consulting.
Cons: The biggest issue is the inconsistent feedback from some senior leadership. Remote employees, especially those based in places like our Austin, TX cohort, sometimes feel out of the loop. It's tough to get clear direction on where your career path is going.
Advice to Management: Please try to standardize feedback and communication. Ensure that remote employees, including those in the consulting industry, get the same visibility and mentorship as those in the main office.

Decent Job Security for a Consulting Firm
Pros: You generally feel pretty secure in your role here. For a management consulting firm, they've got consistent client projects, so you don't worry much about being benched in the Boston office.
Cons: Career growth isn't super clear for junior consultant roles. Sometimes, you're just stuck on long projects without much new learning. The hybrid model can also make it harder to connect with senior leaders for mentorship.
Advice to Management: Focus on clear career paths for junior consultants. Make sure the hybrid model supports mentorship and networking, especially for those in the Boston office.
