Pros: As a Program Coordinator, I generally had pretty regular hours in the Singapore office. You don't often work weekends, which is a big plus. It's a pretty predictable schedule in the professional development industry.
Cons: During big event prep for internal auditing seminars, you're definitely putting in longer days and some evening work. There's not much work-from-home flexibility, so it's mostly an onsite job.
Advice to Management: Consider offering more remote work options, even if it's just one or two days a week. It would really help with employee morale and flexibility, especially for roles like mine.
