Company Summary

Company Reviews

We envision a world without plastic waste in the environment, driven by a functioning circular economy.

We consider ourselves a global laboratory for sustainable solutions helping to get closer to that vision. Our experience and know-how draw from the unique context of more than 50 projects. We de-risk, develop and deploy new technologies, business models and solutions for solving plastic waste leakage in the environment. But this alone is not enough.

Ending plastic waste is complex and will require systemic change, driven by all of us. That is why we, as a global non-profit, convene more than 70 companies across the plastic value chain with local communities, civil society groups, intergovernmental organisations, and governments. Together, we are finding solutions that are environmentally friendly, socially acceptable and economically viable.

Okay mission, but job security is a concern.
Pros: The mission here is really solid, working on important plastic waste solutions. You get to collaborate with some smart people in the sustainability space. The hybrid work setup in the Singapore office is also pretty good.
Cons: Job security isn't the strongest, especially as a Program Manager. There's always some talk about funding shifts impacting environmental initiatives. It feels like things can change quickly without much warning.
Advice to Management: Be more transparent about funding outlooks and how they affect different teams. It would help ease some of the worry about job stability for employees in environmental initiatives.
