Pros: For an e-commerce developer here, the work-life balance is usually decent. Most weeks are solid 40-hour weeks. The team in the Ho Chi Minh City office is pretty understanding, too.
Cons: But man, project deadlines can get tough. Especially when we're pushing a big Magento development project out. You'll definitely work more than 40 hours then, which isn't ideal.
Advice to Management: Try to spread out the workload more evenly. Crunch times for new e-commerce solutions really hit hard and make it tough to disconnect.
