Pros: My team in the Phoenix, AZ office is solid. We really help each other out daily. The actual work for recycling logistics can be pretty rewarding; you feel like you're doing something good.
Cons: Leadership often gives really vague directions. They don't seem to get the daily challenges we face as an Operations Specialist. Communication from the top down is pretty weak, honestly, which makes planning tough.
Advice to Management: Please work on clearer communication and understanding the ground-level recycling operations. Get feedback from staff and actually act on it.
