Pros: The base salary for an Investment Analyst here is pretty competitive for a startup VC firm in Singapore. You get a solid annual bonus if the fund performs well. It's a good place to learn a lot about startup investments.
Cons: The benefits package isn't great, especially compared to bigger finance companies in the region. Health insurance coverage felt pretty basic, and there aren't many extra perks. Pay and benefits could be improved to match the demanding onsite work.
Advice to Management: Revisit the benefits package to make it more attractive. Better health coverage and some additional perks would be a huge plus for employees, especially given the long hours in venture capital.
