Pros: Job security here is genuinely good, especially for us in supply chain and logistics. As a Logistics Coordinator, I never really worried about my position. It's a well-established global electronics distributor, so demand is pretty steady.
Cons: Career growth can feel slow, sometimes it's like a waiting game for promotions. The work flexibility isn't great, it's mostly onsite in the Hong Kong office with fixed hours. Don't expect much innovation, it's a 'follow the process' kind of place.
