Pros: Job security feels pretty good here. As a Project Coordinator, there's always work with Kajima's big construction projects, especially in the busy San Jose, CA market. It's a stable company if you're looking for a long-term role in real estate development.
Cons: Project delays can make you nervous sometimes. They don't always clearly share what's next in the pipeline, which isn't great for other construction management roles. You just have to trust the process.
Advice to Management: Improve communication about upcoming projects and career paths. Transparency helps us feel more secure long-term.
