Pros: I liked the team I worked with. We really pulled together in the St Athan office as Aircraft Parts Specialists. It's a solid place to learn about aviation aftermarket business too.
Cons: Upper management communication isn't great. There's often a lack of clarity, which makes things confusing. It impacts morale and how stable the company culture feels day-to-day.
Advice to Management: Focus on improving internal communication. Be more transparent with changes and decisions. This would really boost employee morale and trust across the board.
