Cons: Leadership here is pretty inconsistent. Some managers are great, but others really struggle with strategy and communication. It's tough to get clear direction, especially for us working on complex digital payments features. Decision-making can be slow and opaque from the top.
Advice to Management: Management needs to work on clearer communication and consistent strategy across teams. Better support for individual contributors, particularly in the Product roles, would help a lot with retention.
