Pros: As a Junior Software Engineer, the starting base pay in Ho Chi Minh City was decent. It's competitive enough for the local mobile game industry. You also get a 13th-month salary and basic health coverage, which is solid.
Cons: Beyond the base, the benefits package isn't very strong. There aren't many performance bonuses for app development roles outside of senior staff. I felt the PTO could be more generous too.
Advice to Management: Revisit the overall benefits package and consider clearer bonus structures for all employees. It would help retain talent in the competitive mobile game industry.

Pros: It's a solid place to learn if you're fresh out of school as a Game Developer. You get hands-on experience quickly in the mobile game development space. There's a lot of project work to keep you busy.
Cons: Career growth here feels pretty stagnant after a year or two for engineering roles. It's tough to see a clear promotion path or new challenges in the Ho Chi Minh City office. You'll hit a ceiling fast.
Advice to Management: Invest in clearer career ladders and skill development programs for your mid-level Game Developers. It's key to retaining talent and fostering growth.

Pros: They do offer health insurance, which is pretty standard. There's also an annual bonus, though it's not huge. The free snacks in the Ho Chi Minh City office are a nice touch for us onsite folks.
Cons: For a growing music tech company, the base salary for a Software Engineer isn't super competitive. Raises aren't very significant either. I've seen better compensation packages elsewhere in the app development industry.
Advice to Management: Review your compensation benchmarks for Software Engineer roles in Ho Chi Minh City. Better base salaries would really help attract and retain talent in the competitive mobile gaming industry.
