Pros: As an Operations Coordinator, I've seen the benefits are really solid here. They offer a good 401k match, and the health insurance plans are decent for a mid-sized company in the renewable energy sector. It helps make up for some other areas.
Cons: However, the base pay for my role felt a bit low, especially for Austin, TX. Raises aren't very frequent, and bonuses are pretty rare. It's tough to feel like you're getting ahead financially.
Advice to Management: Management should really look at market rates for all positions, especially for our operations staff. Competitive salaries would help retention and morale a lot.
