Pros: I loved working with the tech stack here, especially dealing with digital asset management. For a Software Engineer, the projects are genuinely interesting. The team in the San Francisco office is super collaborative, which makes the day-to-day good.
Cons: Leadership often changes direction quickly without clear communication, which is frustrating. It's hard to see a clear path for career growth when goals shift constantly. The hybrid model means some decisions happen without everyone's input.
Advice to Management: Try to set clearer long-term visions and stick to them for a bit. More transparent communication about strategic changes would really help the team feel more secure and focused.

What is Libeara's policy on remote work for their software engineering roles in the US?
Libeara offers a hybrid work model for many positions, including software engineers, allowing for a mix of in-office and remote days. This approach aims to balance team collaboration with individual flexibility, which has been generally well-received by the engineering teams I've worked with in our US offices.
