Junior Software Engineer

Decent start, but don't expect fast promotions.
Pros: You get pretty good exposure to different IT projects right away, which is helpful as a junior software engineer. The team in the Atlanta office is supportive, and there's always someone willing to help you learn. It's a solid place to build foundational coding skills.
Cons: Career growth is tough here. There's not a clear path for advancement beyond entry-level, and promotions don't happen often. You can feel stuck, and I saw a lot of senior software development roles get filled by external hires instead of internal promotions.
Advice to Management: Focus on creating clear career ladders for your technical employees. Develop internal mentorship programs and prioritize promoting from within for senior software development roles. It would really boost morale and retention.
