Pros: You get thrown into many different client projects right away, which is great for learning new skills in the consulting industry. There's good exposure to data analytics and various business problems. It's a solid place for entry-level experience in the Singapore office.
Cons: Career growth for junior staff isn't clear at all. Promotion cycles are long, and it's tough to see a path beyond a Senior Business Analyst. I've seen some talented people leave because of this bottleneck.
Advice to Management: Develop clearer career progression paths for Business Analysts and other junior roles. Be more transparent about promotion criteria and timelines to retain talent.
