Pros: You get solid training programs for new nurses, which is a big plus. Senior staff are often really supportive, especially when you're new to the public healthcare sector. You definitely learn a lot about patient care here.
Cons: Leadership sometimes feels pretty disconnected from the floor staff. Decision-making can be slow, which really impacts our onsite work efficiency. Communication from management about policy changes isn't always clear, and that's tough as a Registered Nurse.
Advice to Management: Focus on better communication with frontline staff. Involve us more in decisions that directly affect our daily work. It would make a huge difference.
