Decent for remote AdTech, but watch the peaks
Pros: I really appreciated the flexibility of being able to work remote from Austin; it saved me a ton on commute time. For ad ops roles like mine, the day-to-day usually isn't too crazy, giving you some personal time most evenings. They've got a decent WFH policy.
Cons: The big issue is during peak campaign launches or quarter-end for our programmatic advertising initiatives, things get really intense. It's not uncommon to pull 10-12 hour days then, which really eats into your personal life. Could use more support during those crunch times in AdTech.
Advice to Management: Try to staff up or better distribute workloads during peak programmatic advertising campaign periods. It'd really help prevent burnout for the ad ops teams and improve overall work-life balance.

Decent Flex, But Needs Better Remote Support
Pros: I've really appreciated the work flexibility as a Software Engineer here. I can mostly work from home (WFH), which is great for personal appointments. The hybrid setup in place does offer some choice, too.
Cons: The remote tools aren't always great, making collaboration tough sometimes. Plus, team syncs often run late into the evening for those in different time zones, hurting work-life balance. It's not a true 'work from anywhere' policy.
Advice to Management: Please invest more in robust remote collaboration tools and set clearer boundaries for meetings across time zones. Making a genuine 'work from anywhere' option would really boost morale and attract top talent in the digital advertising space.

Pros: As a Campaign Manager, I got solid experience with programmatic campaigns. You learn a lot about the digital advertising space quickly. The team in the New York office is supportive and helps you get started.
Cons: Career growth feels pretty stagnant, especially for mid-level roles. There's no clear path for promotion or skill development here. I didn't see many opportunities to move up beyond my current position.
Advice to Management: Create clearer promotion frameworks and invest in leadership training. We need more mentorship for Campaign Manager roles to actually grow within the digital advertising industry.
