Pros: I liked the initial move to a hybrid model; we could WFH a couple of days a week. That was a big plus for work-life balance as an Operations Associate. It helped cut down on commute time in Singapore.
Cons: Over time, WFH days got reduced without much notice. Now it's mostly onsite, which feels less flexible than before. For a venture capital firm, you'd expect more trust in remote work.
Advice to Management: Revisit the work-from-home policy. Trust your employees more with their time. A more consistent hybrid model would really boost morale here.
