Pros: The health benefits are actually decent, which is a big plus for a smaller therapy center. They also offer some professional development funds annually, which really helps with CEUs for us Speech-Language Pathologists.
Cons: Salary growth isn't great, especially for experienced therapy roles. It's tough to negotiate higher pay even after a few years in the Chicago office. The pay structure for billable hours could definitely be more competitive.
Advice to Management: Please look into improving the overall compensation structure for clinical staff. It's hard to retain experienced talent when other pediatric therapy centers offer much better salaries and bonus opportunities.
