Rating Reviews
Rating is calculated based on

review and is evolving.
Pros: For a large media company, the work-life balance is surprisingly decent. As a Software Engineer in the Kolkata office, I generally kept to 40-hour weeks. The hybrid work setup really helped manage my personal time effectively.
Cons: There were definitely crunch times, especially around big project deadlines in the digital content sector. Sometimes, last-minute requests from editorial teams would push hours longer than ideal. It's not always consistent across all departments.
Advice to Management: Management should try to standardize workloads across different teams and departments, especially between the tech and editorial sides. Better project planning could reduce those sudden crunch times for the engineering staff.
