Pros: The hourly pay rate for Staff Accountant roles in the Dallas, TX office is competitive if you're just starting out. They also offer a pretty standard health benefits package, which is good. It's a solid place to get experience in the accounting and finance staffing industry.
Cons: There aren't really any bonuses or profit sharing opportunities for internal staff. Pay raises are pretty slow to come by, even when you perform well. The benefits package, especially PTO, could definitely be improved.
Advice to Management: Consider reviewing the compensation structure, especially for experienced accounting professionals. Better pay raises and a more robust benefits package would really help with retention.
