Pros: The base salary for a Junior Accountant in the Chicago office was actually pretty solid. I felt fairly compensated for my day-to-day tasks, especially coming straight out of college. There's also a clear path for salary increases if you perform well.
Cons: The health insurance plans aren't great; high deductibles are a real pain. Also, the 401k match is pretty low, which is tough for long-term savings in a big corporate firm like this. PTO accrual felt a little slow too.
