Pros: I've enjoyed the team here, especially my fellow Customer Success Managers. We're a pretty collaborative bunch, and it's nice working remotely from Austin. There's a solid mission in the HR tech industry, helping businesses with hourly hiring software.
Cons: The company culture can feel a bit chaotic sometimes. Things move super fast, and priorities shift often, which is tough for project planning. There's not always clear communication from leadership.
Advice to Management: Focus on creating more stable processes and improving communication from the top down. It would really help with employee retention and overall clarity.
