Pros: I've enjoyed the flexibility of remote work here. As a Data Analyst, I can usually set my own hours within reason, which helps with personal appointments. The company is pretty good about vacation time too; it's easy to take off.
Cons: Sometimes the workload for a Data Analyst can get pretty heavy, especially during project launches. It's tough to truly unplug when you're working remotely from home, and boundaries can get a bit blurry. There are definitely periods of longer hours in this tech startup.
Advice to Management: Help teams better manage project scope to prevent burnout for remote employees. Encourage setting clearer boundaries around 'off-hours' for tech startup roles.
