Pros: LDU has a pretty decent hybrid model. As a Software Engineer, I only had to be in the Seattle office 3 days a week. It's usually flexible if you need to swap your in-office days for personal stuff, which is a plus for many tech industry roles.
Cons: The 'flexible hours' part is a bit of a stretch sometimes. You're still expected to be online during pretty strict core hours, which isn't always ideal. It can be tough if you're not an early riser because meetings often start super early for development teams.
Advice to Management: Managers should really look at making core hours more truly flexible across different teams. It'd help a lot with employee satisfaction and reduce some burnout for early birds.
