Decent agency, but tough on personal time
Pros: It's a solid place to learn about the PR and communications industry. As a PR Executive, you get hands-on experience quickly. Sometimes there's flexibility to WFH when things aren't crazy busy.
Cons: Work-life balance isn't great, especially with demanding clients. You'll often work late nights in the Singapore office. There's pressure to be 'always on' for client campaigns, which impacts personal time.
Advice to Management: Management should try to implement clearer boundaries for client communication outside working hours. It would really help PR Executive roles maintain better personal time.

Culture's Okay, But It's a Real Hustle
Pros: The team here is pretty tight-knit, especially among the junior staff in the Singapore office. It's good for getting hands-on experience quickly in a PR agency.
Cons: The work pace is incredibly demanding for Account Executive roles; it really impacts your work-life balance. There's a strong 'hustle' culture that can feel pretty draining.
Advice to Management: Try to encourage a culture where taking genuine breaks is supported, not just talked about. More structured feedback channels for PR professionals would help junior staff feel more heard.
