Pros: I liked working with smart people, especially in the blockchain development team. There's a lot of focus on new tech here, which is great for a Software Engineer looking to grow. The hybrid work model helps with flexibility in the Singapore office.
Cons: Work-life balance can be really tough, especially during project launches for our digital asset platform. The company culture feels a bit siloed sometimes, and communication across teams isn't always smooth. It's a startup, so resources aren't always robust.
Advice to Management: Try to improve cross-team communication and ensure consistent work-life expectations, especially for the development teams.
