Pros: I appreciated the hybrid model offered for us in the Singapore office; we could WFH two days a week, which was a big help. For account management roles, it's not always easy to get, so that was a solid perk. It helped cut down on my commute and gave me more personal time.
Cons: While the hybrid model is there, the actual flexibility really depended on your team lead. Some teams were much stricter about WFH days, and client-facing roles often needed you onsite more. Sometimes campaigns required everyone in the office, even on scheduled WFH days, which could get frustrating.
Advice to Management: Try to standardize the work flexibility policy across all teams. It would help reduce confusion and ensure everyone feels like they have the same opportunities for WFH, regardless of their immediate manager.

Advice to Management: Management should really look into creating more structured career paths and formal training programs for roles like Account Manager. It would help a lot with retention and employee motivation if there were clearer advancement opportunities.
