Pros: Some team leads are really supportive. As a Patent Analyst, I've had good mentorship on specific patent prosecution cases. The hybrid work model in the Boston office is also a plus, giving us some flexibility.
Cons: Senior leadership can feel a bit disconnected from day-to-day work. It's tough to get clear strategic direction sometimes for the whole intellectual property team. There's not much transparency when big decisions are made.
Advice to Management: Work on improving communication from the top. More transparent updates on company strategy would help everyone feel more aligned, especially in this growing mid-sized tech company.
