Decent flexibility for field roles, but it's tough
Pros: For a field-based role like a Sales Representative, you do get some autonomy. I could manage my schedule for client visits in Singapore, which was a huge plus for personal appointments. It's not totally rigid, especially if your numbers are good.
Cons: The core expectation is always client-facing, so true WFH days are rare unless you're processing paperwork. It's hard to get a real hybrid work model going in this part of the healthcare sector. Management often expects you to be "out there."
