Okay leadership, but growth could be better
Pros: My direct manager was usually super supportive and helped me navigate issues as a Junior Software Engineer. The hybrid work model is really good, giving flexibility for personal commitments and a decent work-life balance. We also have a solid, friendly team in the Singapore office.
Cons: Upper leadership can feel pretty disconnected from day-to-day operations and employee concerns. I felt there wasn't a clear career growth path for folks in software development beyond a certain point. Big decisions often felt top-down without much team input.
Advice to Management: Upper management should really listen more to the teams on the ground. Clearer career development plans are needed for Junior Software Engineer roles. Try to foster more transparency in decision-making.

Decent Job Security for Tech Roles Here
Pros: Job security feels pretty solid, especially as a Software Engineer. The Singapore office has consistent work. We're a stable, mid-sized tech company, not a shaky startup.
Cons: I've seen some department restructures, which makes you think. Growth into senior engineering roles can be slow. If your project gets cut, your role might be at risk.
Advice to Management: Focus on clear communication regarding future company direction and how it impacts different teams. Invest in upskilling programs for long-term employees.
