Pros: The best part is definitely the people. My colleagues in the Singapore office were super supportive, and there's a good sense of teamwork for daily tasks. It helped a lot, especially as a Business Analyst.
Cons: The company culture here feels pretty old-school and rigid. Innovation isn't really encouraged from junior staff, which can be tough. It's a very traditional holding company feel, making it hard to bring fresh ideas to the investment portfolio.
Advice to Management: Management needs to really think about updating the company culture. Encourage more open communication and empower employees, especially in roles like Business Analyst, to contribute new ideas. It would really help with employee engagement and modernizing the overall approach.
