Pros: You get decent exposure to different digital transformation projects, which is good for learning new tech stacks. The hybrid work model in the NYC office was pretty flexible. My team was supportive, especially for new hires.
Cons: Career progression is really slow for junior software engineers. There's no clear path or mentorship program to move into senior roles. I felt stuck without a lot of opportunities for actual skill development beyond basic tasks.
Advice to Management: Invest in clearer career ladders and mentorship programs for your entry-level tech roles. Many people leave because they don't see a future here.
