Pros: My direct managers were supportive and gave me autonomy as a Software Engineer. The remote work setup from Chicago offers solid work flexibility. It's a decent environment if you're good at self-direction in a mid-sized tech company.
Cons: Upper leadership often struggles to communicate a clear company vision for our SaaS products. Strategic decisions in the virtual phone system industry can feel a bit arbitrary. This makes it hard to feel confident about career growth paths.
