Pros: As a Sales Manager in the Singapore office, the base salary was pretty decent. You get standard health insurance and a solid annual bonus if targets are hit. The corporate benefits package is competitive enough for a multinational company in consumer electronics.
Cons: Raises aren't really keeping up with inflation here, which is a bummer for pay and benefit. There's not much in terms of unique perks, just the basics you'd expect. Don't expect crazy stock options or anything beyond the usual for a mature company.
Advice to Management: Management should review salary increments more frequently to keep up with the cost of living in Singapore. Consider adding more unique employee perks.
