Pros: Work-life balance here is generally okay when there aren't big events. As a Programme Executive, I often got my core tasks for youth development done on time. It's a pretty supportive team too.
Cons: Event weeks are tough, expect long hours that really impact your work-life balance. Being mostly onsite in the Singapore office limits flexibility a lot. Sometimes new programme launches felt super rushed.
Advice to Management: Try to distribute event workload better and offer more support during peak periods to improve work-life balance for Programme Executives.
