Leadership has room for growth at BRQ
Pros: The remote work setup is solid for software development, which I appreciate. Project teams often have good folks, making daily work in IT services pretty okay. There's decent job security in this large corporate environment.
Cons: Leadership can be pretty inconsistent here. It feels like project managers sometimes lack clear direction, especially for complex digital solutions projects. Communication from upper management isn't always transparent for us remote from São Paulo.
Advice to Management: Focus on developing stronger, more consistent leadership across all levels. Clearer communication on company direction would really help the engineering teams and improve project outcomes.
