Pros: The starting salary for an entry-level Junior Analyst is pretty competitive for the financial services industry. Also, the 401k match is a solid perk. It helps a lot with long-term savings, which is good.
Cons: The health insurance plans have really high deductibles, making them not very useful. The bonus structure isn't transparent at all for junior staff. Plus, it's tough to negotiate salary in the Chicago office once you're in.
Advice to Management: Please look into better health insurance options. Also, make the bonus criteria more explicit, especially for entry-level finance roles.
