Pros: The hybrid model is great; I could work from home a few days a week. For software development roles, the tech stack is current. My team was pretty collaborative, which helped a lot with project delivery.
Cons: The company culture across different departments isn't consistent. There's not enough cross-team interaction in the San Francisco office. It can sometimes feel cliquey, which makes it tough for newer hires.
Advice to Management: Try to create more inclusive cross-departmental events. Focus on breaking down silos between teams to improve overall company culture.
