Pros: It's an established name in the local F&B industry, so that's a plus. As a Product Development Assistant, I always had projects. There's a decent amount of work in the Singapore office.
Cons: Job security can feel a bit shaky sometimes, especially with market shifts. They do restructure, which makes folks anxious. Don't expect huge career growth or big jumps here.
Advice to Management: Management should really work on clearer communication when there are company changes. Also, provide better defined paths for career progression for F&B roles to keep good people.
