Pros: We do have a hybrid model here. It's nice to come into the Austin office a few days a week for collaboration. For software development roles, there's some freedom to adjust your daily hours if you need to start a bit earlier or later.
Cons: Real work flexibility is still a work in progress for this tech industry company. They really push for the hybrid model, and full WFH isn't an option for most employees. It can be tough if you're a Software Engineer hoping for complete remote work; this mid-sized tech company prefers you onsite often.
