Pretty Good Flexibility for a Digital Agency
Pros: I've mostly worked remote from home which is great for a Software Engineer. The hybrid model allows some office time if you want, but it's not forced. Flexible hours are usually fine, as long as client deadlines are met.
Cons: Sometimes, demanding consulting projects mean late nights regardless of the hybrid setup. It's not always easy to adjust your schedule when clients demand immediate attention. Less flexibility on core meeting times.
Advice to Management: Try to better manage client expectations so that the advertised work flexibility truly holds up during critical project phases for all technical roles.

Decent Flexibility, but Project Demands Vary
Pros: I really liked the hybrid work model here. As a Senior Software Engineer, it's nice to have some remote flexibility, working from Austin, TX most days. It helps with personal appointments and avoiding traffic.
Cons: Work-life balance is okay, but it really depends on your project. Some digital transformation projects have crazy deadlines, and you're working long hours. It's tough to plan when you know crunch time is coming.
Advice to Management: Management needs to better scope projects and protect employees from unreasonable client demands. It's tough on morale when people are constantly crunching.

Okay Flexibility, But Client Work Can Be Demanding
Pros: I really appreciated the `remote` work options for `Software Engineer` roles here. It made managing personal appointments so much easier. The general `WFH options` are a solid perk for a `global consultancy` focused on `digital transformation`.
Cons: True `work flexibility` can be challenging when client deadlines are tight, though. You sometimes feel pressured to be available longer than standard hours for `web development` support. It's not always as flexible as it seems on paper for a `mid-sized agency`.
Advice to Management: Management should clarify expectations around flexibility versus client demands. Help teams push back more on unreasonable client timelines to truly support remote work arrangements.
