Pros: You can often adjust your daily schedule if your project allows. There's a pretty standard hybrid model for many of the academic research roles. This helps a lot when you have personal appointments or need to avoid rush hour traffic in Rabat.
Cons: True remote work isn't really a thing for most positions, even for tasks that could be done from home. Being onsite is still very much expected in this innovation lab. It can be tough if you truly need full work-from-home flexibility.
Advice to Management: Consider clearer guidelines for hybrid work and explore more remote options for roles where it makes sense. It would really improve overall employee satisfaction regarding work-life integration.
