Pros: The benefits are pretty standard for a mid-sized engineering firm in Singapore. You get your basic medical and dental, which is fine. The annual leave policy is also decent, not stingy at all.
Cons: Pay here isn't competitive, especially as an Electrical Engineer with some experience. I feel like my base salary was a bit low for the industry standard. There aren't many performance bonuses either, which is a bummer.
Advice to Management: Revisit the compensation structure, especially for experienced engineering talent. Investing more in competitive salaries and bonus schemes would definitely help with retention.
