Pros: If you're new to the healthcare industry, TP-MG MED is an okay place to get your foot in the door. I learned a lot about medical device trials as a Clinical Research Coordinator. The benefits are pretty decent for a corporate environment, especially the health insurance.
Cons: Career growth here is tough. There aren't many clear paths for moving up, especially for clinical roles like mine. You can feel stuck, and I didn't see much opportunity in the Boston office for advancement without a very long wait. Promotions just don't happen often enough.
Advice to Management: Management needs to create clearer career progression frameworks and provide more internal training for upward mobility. It would help retain talent in clinical research roles.
