Leadership needs to step up communication
Pros: I really like my direct team; they're supportive and collaborative. We're doing important work for the education sector. The work itself, developing new courses, is interesting.
Cons: It feels like leadership has a hard time sticking to a plan. Decisions change pretty fast, leaving Program Managers scrambling. The lack of consistent vision from the top makes growth feel stalled.
Advice to Management: Try to communicate big strategic shifts more clearly and consistently. Empower your Program Managers with stable goals. Better leadership in defining the future would help everyone.

Job Security is a Bit Shaky Here
Pros: The team in Austin, TX is great, really collaborative. We work on some interesting e-learning content, which is a big plus for a Content Developer. They do offer a decent hybrid model for work.
Cons: Job security isn't its strong suit. There's always talk about restructuring, especially in our online education division. It makes you feel like your role isn't safe, even for experienced folks. New projects come and go quickly too.
Advice to Management: Management needs to be more transparent about the company's direction and future plans for departments. Give employees clear roadmaps for job roles and career paths, especially for those working on core online education projects. Reduce the constant feeling of insecurity.
