Flexibility is decent for an operations role
Pros: As an Operations Specialist in the Krakow office, I've had decent work flexibility. We've got a solid hybrid model; you can generally adjust your start and end times if you communicate with your manager. It's good for running errands or handling personal stuff.
Cons: True remote work isn't really an option for most in operations, which is understandable for a logistics company. Some teams are much stricter about their onsite presence than others, making flexibility pretty inconsistent. It can feel a bit rigid sometimes when you need extra flexibility.

Solid operations, but growth is tough here
Pros: The job itself for a Logistics Coordinator is pretty stable, especially given the growth in the parcel locker industry. My team in the Warsaw office was generally supportive, which made daily tasks manageable. You learn the ropes of e-commerce logistics quickly.
Cons: Career growth is really slow. After a while, there aren't many clear paths to move up from operational roles. It can feel like a ceiling quickly, even for dedicated people.
Advice to Management: Management needs to invest more in career development. Create clear internal promotion tracks for employees in operational roles. Show us there's a future beyond the current position.

Leadership is hit or miss in the UK
Pros: The team here is solid, we help each other out daily. For Logistics Coordinator roles, the basic pay is decent, and you usually get your 40 hour weeks. There's good potential for learning about the parcel delivery industry.
Cons: Leadership can be inconsistent. It's tough when you're working onsite in the Manchester, UK office and managers don't always back their team. Decisions sometimes feel really top-down without much input from the ground.
Advice to Management: Managers really need more training on team support and communication. Listen to the folks on the ground doing the actual e-commerce logistics work; they often have the best insights.
