Pros: Job security is definitely a plus at Epic. The company has a huge market share in healthcare IT, so there's always work. As a Project Manager, I felt really secure in my role here.
Cons: The stability comes with a price, though. The work culture can be intense and you're always onsite in Verona, WI. There's not much work flexibility, so your personal life can take a hit.
Advice to Management: Consider offering more flexible work options, even hybrid. It would really help with employee retention and overall morale. Trust your people.
