Solid agency, but it's a grind sometimes
Pros: The teams are solid here, especially within the product design groups. You'll learn a lot working on big client projects as an experience designer. The New York office has a good vibe and snacks.
Cons: Work-life balance can be rough; I often put in 50+ hours as an experience designer. There's a bit of a 'hustle culture' common in digital agencies. Promotion paths aren't always super clear for individual contributors.
Advice to Management: Really look at improving work-life balance for project teams. Support hybrid work better, don't just say it's flexible.

Agency life here is what you make it
Pros: I've learned a ton as a Senior Designer. The project variety is solid, working on cool web design and digital strategy for big brands. They offer a hybrid work model, which helps with my commute to the NYC office a few days a week.
Cons: Work-life balance can be tough, especially when we're close to a client deadline. Long hours are common in this digital marketing industry. Sometimes I feel like I'm always on call, even after logging off.
Advice to Management: Try to better manage project scopes and client expectations. It would really help prevent burnout for design and development teams.
