We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science.
We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world.
World models offer the most clear path to general-purpose simulation, changing how stories are told, how scientific progress is made and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached.

Pros: As a Software Engineer working remote, I've had the chance to work on some truly innovative AI/ML projects. The technical challenges are stimulating, and you learn a ton in this fast-paced startup environment. The compensation package is also pretty competitive for the industry.
Cons: The biggest issue is definitely job security. There have been a few rounds of layoffs in the broader tech industry, and it makes you wonder about your future here. It's tough when you hear rumors; transparency about company stability could be better for an AI startup.
Advice to Management: Leadership needs to be more upfront with employees about the company's financial health and future plans. Open communication would go a long way in easing the job security fears that are definitely present.
